STRATEGI HUMAS DALAM MENJAGA LOYALITAS MUZAKKI (DONATUR) PADA BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL KOTA TANGERANG TAHUN 2023

Abstract


This research aims to find out how public relations strategies are in maintaining or maintaining the loyalty of muzakki (donors) to Baznas Tangerang City. This research was conducted at Baznas Tangerang City from September-December 2023. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the research results, public relations strategies that can help maintain muzakki loyalty in Baznas Tangerang City are 1) Open and transparent communication 2) Personal relationships 3) Educational campaigns 4) Easy transactions 5) Reward programs 6) Good customer service 7) Monitor performance and feedback 8) Local business partnerships 9) Social media campaigns and valuable content 10) Continuous evaluation and improvement. This strategy is quite effective in maintaining muzakki loyalty because in 2023 the muzakki giving zakat to the Tangerang City Baznas will increase, as will the funds collected to reach the target of 17,275 billion
